Otjiwa

The north-west adventure begins with a comfortable first night at Otjiwa. Guided white rhino tracking on foot is an excellent introduction to Namibia’s wildlife and gives guests a close, respectful experience with experienced guides.

Etosha East & West

Three nights across Etosha allow time for both the eastern and western waterhole networks. Lions, elephants, rhino, giraffe and plains game are set against the enormous Etosha Pan and its bright open horizons.

Forgotten Valley & Kaokoland

The route then moves into remote north-west Namibia, with a self-catering stay in the Forgotten Valley and time around the Kunene region. Long distances, fuel and road conditions are planned carefully.

Epupa Falls & Ongongo

Two nights at Epupa Falls bring the journey to the Kunene River, followed by Ongongo Waterfall. These cooler river and waterfall stops contrast with the dry interior and provide time to slow the pace.

Twyfelfontein & Erongo

The return south includes two nights at Twyfelfontein for the ancient rock engravings and desert-adapted elephants, followed by Erongo Rocks. A future coastal extension can continue towards the Skeleton Coast and Swakopmund for Sandwich Harbour, while Sussusvlei and Dead Vlei can be added as a southern extension.
